**The ISTH 2022 Networking Evening will take place separately from the ISTH 2022 Congress. This event provides an opportunity for attendees to network with colleagues and is only open to ISTH 2022**
When is the cancelation policy?
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ISTH Registration Department by email. The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. For cancellations received before Thursday, June 9, 2022 deposits will be refunded less £50.00 GBP for administrative costs for the In-Person Congress and £20.00 GBP for the Virtual Congress. After this date, no refunds will be possible. The same applies for cancellation of additional sessions and orders (e.g., Master Classes, ISTH 2022 Networking Evening, etc.). Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance

Do I need to wear a badge?
Participants will receive their name badges when collecting their meeting documents onsite. Participants are required to wear a name badge during all meeting events, including the Networking Evening (if applicable). Please note that admission to scientific sessions, supported sessions, and the exhibition are restricted to participants wearing their badges. Please note: Exhibitors are not admitted to the scientific sessions. The charge for the replacement of a lost badge is £10 GBP.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to all attendees after the Congress.
How do I claim CME Education credits for attending the ISTH 2022 Congress?
CME Credits can ONLY be claimed if CME has been purchased as part of registration. CME can be purchased through Wednesday, July 13. After July 13, CME can no longer be purchased. CME Credits can ONLY be claimed for those attending the congress IN-PERSON.

CME Credits will NOT be available for attendance and/or viewing of the On-Demand sessions, Plenary, and State-of-the-Art IN-PERSON sessions on Saturday, July 9 – Wednesday, July 13 are the only sessions available to claim credit. A CME EVALUATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 31, 2022 IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CME CERTIFICATE​. Further details are available here.
​How do I receive the Congress Daily News?
The ISTH 2022 Congress publishes its official daily news online and via email during the meeting, as well as a post-congress issue one week following the meeting. The ISTH Congress Daily News is sent via email to all congress registrants and ISTH members. It can be accessed directly online at https://www.isth.org/page/newshold.
Is there a hashtag for the event?
Yes, the event hashtag is #ISTH2022.
How can I access the Early Career Lounge?
Available exclusively to Medical Resident, Post Doc and Medical, Associate or PhD Student / Trainee registration categories, the ISTH Early Career Committee invites all trainees and early career professionals to visit the Early Career Lounge, located in the Exhibit Hall.
How can I access the Congress Mobile App?
The ISTH 2022 Congress Mobile App is available to download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store “ISTH 2022 Events app.” Once the app opens you will be able to find the ISTH 2022 Congress. You will need your email and registrant ID to access the app. Click here to download.
How can I view posters?
In-person posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall, Sunday, July 10 – Tuesday, July 12. Virtual posters can be viewed via the ISTH 2022 Virtual Platform or the ISTH Academy App.
The ISTH 2022 Congress will feature two (2) types of posters. Posters noted with “PB” are those posters being presented in-person. Posters noted with “VPB” will only be presented virtually. Posters being presented in-person were asked to also upload a virtual poster for viewing.
Where is the Speaker Ready Room?
The Speaker Ready Room is located in ICC Capital Suite Room 13. Speakers were contacted in advance to upload their presentations. All speakers, whether their presentation has been uploaded or not, are asked to visit the Speaker Ready Room at least two hours in advance of their presentation to ensure proper viewing. If a speaker needs to upload their presentation, we ask that the presentation is uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room at least 4 hours before the presentation. The use of your own laptop during your presentation is prohibited.
How do Travel Award recipients collect their awards?
Travel Award recipients can go to the specific “Travel Award” desk in the registration area (North Event Hall 22-23) to receive their award. Awards can be collected from 07:00 – 18:00 on Saturday, Monday, July 11 and on Tuesday, July 12 from 07:00 – 13:00.

Will there be poster printing onsite?
There will not be any poster printing offered onsite.
You will need your email and registrant ID to access the virtual platform.
Vaccine Verification
If Attending the ISTH 2022 Congress in Person:

Follow this step-by-step guide:​

1. DOWNLOAD THE APP
You can download the tested.me app for free from the App Store or Google Play Store and set up a profile.
​
This is your personal account and once you have verified your email address, it can be used as a secure wallet to record and share your health information in a variety of settings. Please register for the app using the email address that you used to register for ISTH 2022.
If you need any help setting up your account, here is a quick step-by-step guide.
​
2. CONNECT TO THE EVENT
After setting up your account, go to Settings/Connections/Events. Then search for 'ISTH 2022' and add the event. Click here for help on how to add an event to your profile.

3. UPDATE YOUR VACCINATION STATUS
Simply press +add new on your tested.me profile under Vaccinations. Click here to view a guide. Please ensure you add all your vaccines in date order as you will only be counted as vaccinated with a full course.
Fully vaccinated is determined by the ISTH as at least 14 days post your second dose of a World Health Organization (WHO) authorized emergency use vaccine. We encourage booster vaccinations as per country policies.
Please note that as your vaccines will need to be verified, this may take some time and will not be before June 25.

4. AGREE TO THE WELLBEING AGREEMENT
The ISTH 2022 Well Being Agreement is available on this link. Check the box next to Attestation to say you agree.
Once you've uploaded your vaccines, they have been verified, and you have checked the attestation box you will be registered and will receive a confirmation email.
Please be aware that you will not be able to print your badges without this verification so please ensure you have completed this process before you travel.

How do I get to the ExCeL Center?
You can get to the ExCel Center by car, train, underground, cable car, DLR, or boat. The new Elizabeth line opened recently and is the recommended way to get to the ExCel Center (please keep in mind that it is closed on Sundays). For more information about all ways of travel please visit the Excel Center’s transportation page.
Where is the first aid office?
There are two! The main office is located on level 0 by the car parks at N4/S4. There is a smaller office located in the red brick area between Boulevard entrances N10 and N11. It is open from 06:30-22:00.
Where is the prayer office located?
The prayer room is located by Wrapid (food outlet) in between entrances S8 and S9. It is open from 06:30-22:00.
Where is the nursing mothers’ room?
The nursing mothers’ room is located by S9 boulevard entrance. It is open from 06:30-22:00.
